Touch ID does not work for unlocking after upgrade to macOS Ventura 13.2.1

MacBook Air M1, 2020 has been upgraded to OS Ventura 13.2.1. Before I could unlock the Mac using the Touch ID. Now it does not work at all. I case of log in, the Touch ID is accepted but I'm not sure, which cases are possible and not. In any cases I have to use 'Enter Password' to unlock the Mac.
