MacBook Retina 12 inch 2015 not charging

I have a problem with my 12" macbook retina (2015) battery, which is preventing the computer from booting or running for more than ≈4 minutes. the battery is at a hogh cycle count and would only hold a charge for an hour. But now it doesnt turn on at all. When I plug it in or press the power button the trackpad responds to pressure until I hold the power button for several seconds. Before you ask: yes, I tried a SMC reset, yes I tried a PRAM reset, yes I tried diffrent chargers and cables. does anyone know what to do?
