iPhone 15 Pro Max scratch issues

I have submitted report on 26th Jan 2024 to replace the phone or repair as when I opened the phone there are scratches on the phone screen my apple repair ID is ***. But untill today I didn't get any reponse from apple company. How useless to use Iphone. It was my mistake that I decided to switch from android to IPhone its my bad.
