Tastatur nach Ruhezustand inaktiv

Nach dem Ruhezustand kann mein MacBook Air mit Apple M2 über Touch ID freigeschaltet werden, allerdings bleiben Tastatur und auch Trackpad inaktiv - es sind keinerlei Befehle, auch nicht über Tastenkombinationen, möglich. Es liegt kein Hardware-Fehler vor, auch habe ich Sonoma 14.3 erneut installiert. Meine Recherche hat ergeben, dass es dieses Problem bereits früher schon mit anderen Betriebssystemen gab. Die Lösungsvorschläge von damals haben allerdings nicht zu einer Veränderung geführt. Es ist extrem lästig und energiefressend, das MacBook Air ständig auszuschalten, um es funktionstüchtig wieder einzuschalten. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch ausprobieren könnte, oder ist ein Software-Update vorgesehen?

Danke für die Antwort! Nein, es ist nicht von Anfang an. Alles hatte wunderbar funktioniert - das Problem besteht seit ca. 1 Woche, vermutlich nach dem letzten Update. Es gab ein weiteres Problem mit MS Teams, aber da hat die Neuinstallation geholfen.

Ok, testet damit auch Gravis? Ich werde es probieren - es hört sich aber umfassend an, daher mache ich das lieber in der Nacht. Vielen Dank für das Angebot, die Ergebnisse hier einzustellen. Bin sehr gespannt...

Ja, die Hardware schließe ich aus, da diese dann auch mit dem Einschalten und im laufenden Betrieb höchstwahrscheinlich Probleme aufzeigen würde, auch habe ich den Hardware-Check durchgeführt, den Apple empfiehlt (irgendwo bei meiner Recherche bin ich darauf gestoßen). Und nochmals ja: Das Aufwecken oder Entsperren führe ich nur noch am Macbook durch, um keine komplexeren Datenwege zu erzeugen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall berichten, denn in einem anderen Forum ist bei einem anderen Nutzer fast zeitgleich das selbe Problem aufgetreten - ich bin also nicht alleine... Leider gab es dort keine Lösung. Bei früheren Modellen und Betriebssystemen war das Problem auch bekannt und ein Zurücksetzen des SMCs sollte dann durchgeführt werden. Die entsprechenden Schritte für den M2-Chip habe ich ebenfalls schon durch - erfolglos.

Vielen Dank! Es ist jedoch ein M2-Chip und kein Intel. BT hatte ich dennoch schon ausprobiert, also ausgeschaltet und die Watch-Entsperr-Funktion deaktiviert - leider erfolglos.
