I am also using two credit cards for Apple Pay, one for each country I am predominantly visiting and I should like to be able to use Apple Pay with the possibility to switch payment method on both my phones.

Apple Pay muss nicht installiert werden, es müssen nur Karten hinzugefügt werden. Und um die Frage zu beantworten, ja, du kannst auf mehreren Geräten (egal welche Apple-ID) die gleiche Karte haben.
