iPhone 16 Pro Max has yellowish screen

I bought my iPhone 16 pro max as an upgrade to my 12 pro max a week ago. I noticed that my iPhone has a yellowish display tint. Even with True Tone off and night mode off. I love the feel of this phone but the whites being yellow throws my experience off. I had to manually adjust color tints to get it to a richer white but it’s not ok, and for the price tag €1449 I would expect this phone to be flawless in regards to display at least. Please Apple make a software update that will address this issue, I don’t want to gamble on exchanging for a new 16 pro max.
