Hello, I would like to transfer some files from my iPhone 11 Files app -> Locations -> On My iPhone -> to my USB stick.
I have connected a power/data cable from the iPhone 11's lightning port to the USB storage's USB-C port, however the iPhone doesn't find the USB storage?
Any suggestions please?

Please try a different cable/ adapter. Maybe they dont't link data, maybe they are only suitable to charge the battery.
Thanks for the link to the English community. I usually post there but the Swiss Apple support website took me to this German website. May I suggest the Swiss website have a prominent option for the relevant language apparent, or even better, detect the language typed in and prompt to the relevant language. Unsure what to do now, like go through a bunch of effort to create a duplicate post in the English website?
p.s. I live in multilingual Switzerland so usually receive a language prompt or auto diversion to preferred language. Sorry, I’ll try typing German or French next time until the UX is updated.
