How Can I Prevent Mac’s Stage Manager from Minimizing Windows Automatically?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to make the most of macOS's Stage Manager, which I really enjoy for organizing and visually managing my windows. However, there's a feature that I can't seem to control: when I open a new program or window, some of my active windows get automatically minimized, which I don’t want. I want full control over when windows are minimized, but the Stage Manager seems to handle this automatically when new programs are opened.

Here’s my goal:

• Prevent windows from automatically minimizing when opening new programs.
• Still use the Stage Manager to organize my windows visually without them disappearing automatically or being hidden when I open new applications.

I’ve tried the built-in macOS options and settings in System Preferences, but nothing seems to fully stop the automatic minimizing behavior.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a third-party app or workaround that can help me achieve my goal? I’d appreciate any suggestions or ideas!
