Issue with Apple Music: Double Charge, Unwanted Refund, and Lost Playlists

I recently contacted Apple Support because I noticed that I was being charged twice for Apple Music. My intention was only to clarify the issue and correct the double charge, but instead, I was given a refund that I did not request. As a result, my Apple Music subscription seems to have been canceled, and all my playlists have disappeared.
I did not want to cancel my subscription or lose my playlists. Is there any way to restore them? Additionally, I want to make sure that the double charge issue is resolved without affecting my access to Apple Music.
I would really appreciate your help in recovering my playlists and resolving this issue.
