Mail randomly screen recording

I already read complaints on reddit about Mail randomly screen recording (shown by the purple icon in the notification center):

I just want to find the reason behind this.

I disabled Apple Intelligence and it still shows up from time to time, seemingly randomly.

What is it and how do I disable this?
