MacOS update broke my system completely

What a trash update is this? After installing 15.4 on my MacBook Pro I cant open ANY recent app window anymore. Apps would start, but do not switch or open to any window at all (except safari). Not even the finder is opening a new window or is able to switch to existing ones.

I have to f**** work and cant deal with this update destroying my running system system with privacy BS issues all day long. *** is this?
