The cable of my Ipad 10 is not working and it doesn’t charge my ipad. I am sure the problem is the cable since it got charged with my friend’s type C cable. I have filled in a request for apple support, where they will send me a box to ship my device but actually i don’t know if I have to send my ipad pr the cable? Since the ipad works fine and I need it in the coming days. Can I send them the cable ?
