Extracting a midi file (piano) from Logic 4

I have an old Logic 4 file that contains a piano piece that I would like to recover so I can use it with newest Logic Pro X

Is there anybody out there who can extract this Logic 4 midi file for me...it is only a

midi file of a piano.Would be forever in your debt !! ;-))
