Apple Care+ Payment options

I don’t have a credit card, can i pay the 2 year Subscription with my “Commerzbank/Mastercard Virtual Debit Card”? This option, for some reason does not even work to top up apple currency, despite being able to pay online with the very same card tru apple pay.

Whenever i try to subscribe for the monthly subscription, i get asked to add a payment method, but when i go for the 2 years upfront option it shows apple pay being available.

Before i try and apply for the 2 Years upfront option(if it works), i would like to know if i will be able to use the very same method i payed with to renew/prolong apple care after the 2 years are about to expire.

I had my last I Phone XSMax for 6 Years until it dropped…i had a vertical line in my screen despite no damage outside being visible, even my battery was still the first one… the screen repair would had cost me ~350euro so i went to buy me the 16Promax instead to pay 350 for that aged phone.

I just want my phone to be covered repeatedly like it would be possible if your on a monthly subscription…why does apple make it so hard? I just want this new phone covered and take it with me outside xD.
