in this case, please contact the iTunes – Offizieller Apple Support. They will remove and keep your credit.
You can’t reset or manually remove that €0.05 yourself. Apple requires the App Store balance to be exactly zero before you can change the region.
Your options are limited but clear:
- Spend the balance: In practice this is almost impossible with €0.05, because prices don’t go that low.
- Contact Apple Support: Apple can manually clear very small remaining balances like €0.05 so you can change the region. This is the usual and intended solution.
- Add funds to spend it: You could add money and then spend the full balance, but that’s usually more effort than it’s worth.
Apple documents this requirement explicitly: the balance must be zero to change regions (Apple Support → Change your Apple ID country or region).
So the realistic path is Apple Support → ask them to remove the €0.05 balance. After that, the region change will work immediately.
