iPhone battery drain and unable to schedule Genius Bar appointment
Hello Apple Support,
I purchased my iPhone about one month ago at an Apple Store in Germany.
I am experiencing severe battery drain — the battery discharges very quickly even when the phone is idle. I also have intermittent connectivity issues (5G).
I have tried to schedule a Genius Bar appointment online, but the “Schedule a visit” option is not available or not clickable.
Could you please help me book a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store?
