Hi, I just bought a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max.
During the initial setup, I get an error saying “SS06: Device banned” when signing in to Apple ID.
I haven’t done anything unusual and believe this is a mistake.
Could you please review and remove the restriction?
Woher stammt das Gerät ? Der Fehler klingt für mich eher danach, dass das Gerät entweder als gestohlen markiert ist oder Hardwarekomponenten enthält, die nicht zum Gerät passen.

gerne helfe ich dir weiter. Ein brandneues Handy hat zu funktionieren, ohne wenn und aber. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, gib es dem Verkäufer zurück.
