i misunderstood something and bought a subscription yearly. I’m really low on money and want to get a refund. 223 euros are not little money… i really want the money back because I don’t even use the app a lot and will not be using it.

request the refund as soon as possible here:

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, choose “Request a refund”, select the yearly subscription and briefly explain that it was bought by mistake.
Also cancel the subscription so it does not renew again:
Settings > your name > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel Subscription.
Apple reviews refund requests individually, so nobody here can guarantee the result.

I tried it and it got rejected. I don’t know why it got rejected. But I’m really stressed now. I hate how they don’t put the reason as to why it’s not eligible for a refund. I also typed in the reason.
Aber ich finde das halt keine Ahnung dumm. 223 Euro ist nicht wenig. Ich hab auch geschrieben das es war eine Fehler Kauf. Vorallem digga ich muss noch mein Fahrstunden bezahlen und ich bekomme 327 Euro im Monat. Die sollten wenigstens aber eine Grund schreiben wieso die es ablehnen und nicht einfach so “Ja nö geht nd” 🤷♀️ wär es so 50 Euro oder so hätte ich gesagt ja scheiß drauf aber über 223.. ich benutze den App nicht mal
Ja, diese App macht schon Spaß aber ich weiß nach eine Woche werde ich es nie wieder benutzen das ist ja das Ding. Das wegen wollte ich diese Jährliche Ding gar nicht kaufen. Naja passiert, ist egal jetzt 🥲
Ja das Geld kann ich wieder halt bekommen so von Minijob und so, es hat mich halt gestresst und genervt das es halt ohne Grund abgelehnt wurde. Es ist bei mir immer so, ich hasse abgelehnt zu werden ohne Grund ist ofter bei Bewerbungen passiert. Aber danke trotzdem für die helfe und Zeit 🫶
Meine Erfahrung, und auch die hier in der Community, ist das auch:
abgelehnt = abgelehnt, diese Ablehnung ist auch bei Apple dokumentiert und
für alle Mitarbeiter:innen einzusehen.
