Quick Time and Protools in Windows

Hello, I have a problem with the compatibility between protools and Quick Time. When inserting a video, the video playback engine fails. I reinstalled Quick Time a couple of times, because that was what the program suggested. I have looked at the problem that it gives me on your website, and I have followed all the steps that you recommended to follow. I have also reinstalled AvidVideoEngineSetup.exe multiple times, without noticing any changes. To this day I am still unable to start the protools video engine correctly. I would really appreciate if you could give me a type of solution to be able to start the protools normally. Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.
