Song not showing in library

I have preordered a song.

Its still no available. Its has been released. And its now available for purchase.

Like the instrumental version end remixes (they were not able for preordering)

I bought one of the remixes and it was in my library at the moment i bought it.

And te preordere one ist still not available.

Same problem on all my devices.

Please help me or explain me.
