I've just been charged yesterday 17.99 pounds which I have not approved nor understand the reason of the charge, and I will like a FULL REFUND.

Hi you can request a refund from this link and give a look in your subscriptions get in settings/iCloud/subscriptions and make sure there are not active subscriptions with auto-renew on
