how do I transfer my mails from one computer to a new computer manually?
I need to transfer my Mails manually from a OS Catalina to Os Monterey... anybody knows how?

You can’t do that manually, if you log in witn your email address in the new macOS Monterey all your mails will be synced and downloaded
