ApplePay - Payment cards are not supported for this account. (iPhone XS, my son 13 yeas, Face ID is not working, new iOS). Is there a solution for this problem? Best regards.

For the problem you don't describe, when you try to add a payment method to Apple Pay you get the error "Payment cards are not supported for this account".
I had the same problem with my son, the Official Apple Support has very little information about this, I know this because some time ago I contacted them directly by phone to inform me.
Apple Pay has age restrictions, so there are minimum ages to use Apple Pay. Depending on your country or region this may vary so I recommend that you check the minimum age in your country or region, in most is 13 years and 1 day. However, I recommend you to contact directly with Apple Technical Support, for this I leave you the different options:
Through the iPhone Support app
Until your child is of legal age and 1 day has passed (e.g. 14 years and 1 day) you will not be allowed to register the card, for example: In Spain the minimum age is 14 years old and until that age is reached you will not be allowed to register the card.

Por el problema que no describes, al intentar añadir un método de pago a Apple Pay se te muestra el error "Las tarjetas de crédito no están soportadas para esta cuenta".
Tuve el mismo problema con mi hijo, el Soporte Técnico Oficial de Apple tiene muy poca información sobre esto, yo lo se por que hace un tiempo contacte con ellos directamente por teléfono para informarme.
Apple Pay presenta restricciones de edad, por ello existen edades mínimas para poder usar Apple Pay. Según tu país o región esto puede variar por ello te recomiendo que consultes la edad mínima en tu país o región, en la mayoría es 13 años y 1 día. Sin embargo, te recomiendo contactar directamente con el Soporte Técnico Oficial de Apple, para ello te dejo las diferentes opciones:
Hasta que tu hijo no tenga la edad recién cumplida y halla pasado 1 día (por ej: 14 años y 1 día) no se te permitirá registrar la tarjeta, por ejemplo: En España la edad mínima es de 14 años y hasta que no se tiene esa edad cumplida no se permite registrar la tarjeta.
