How can I change (switch) an Apple ID account ?

I used to have an old apple ID account with my persona email, but I didn´t use it in a long time, I just recovery that account. A couple years ago I opened another Apple ID Account (that´s the one I am using right now, and it is with my work email). Now what I want to do is "Switch" my Apple ID, to my current account. In other words, I need the information I already have in my current apple ID account, but I want it to be with my personal email, (no my work email).

How Can I do that?
