How to go back to the old camera layout

After the new update buttons in the camera app have moved. you would think this would be no problem, however, I dive, and I take pictures with my phone. My dive case, that was not cheap, has dedicated buttons in the spot where the buttons used to be. I now cannot switch between filming and I cannot switch to portrait mode and also not to Cine. My dive case has a big button for the shutter a button to flip the camera and it has two buttons above the big shutter button to go left and right and select video photo portrait the mode that was needed. Last night I did the update to Liquid Glass and it has rendered my really expensive case useless. Can I still go back?
