My UPS delivery is delayed

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max 20 days ago. The estimated delivery time was 4 days, but nearly a month has passed and the status hasn't updated. No explanation or assistance has been provided since the purchase. Apple's expected delivery window has already expired, and I am unsure how to proceed
