E-mail Genius Bar non reçu
Following my visit in the Champs Elysees Apple Store in Paris, I was supposed to receive an email detailing the cost of the reparation (that I would then transfer to my insurer). However I never received this email. I do however still have the ID of the genius bar appointment. I also checked on My Support: the meeting is there but not details are given.
Any idea why I didn't receive this email (I checked in the genius bar and my email was correct), and/or any suggestion on what to do next?
