Disable mini led dimming

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) (Apple M1 Pro) with the Built-in Liquid Retina XDR Display. Is there any way to disable the mini led to prevent them from turning off on the black areas?

If that feature is nice during work, when I watch a movie (typically on Netflix), the very black areas are deactivated while the very grey areas are activated generating discomfort for the eyes during dark scenes.
