iPhone fonctionne mal avec un opérateur mobile

Bonjour

je souhaite comprendre pourquoi mon iPhone 13 pro max acheté en Europe (il y a 2 mois) ne fonctionne très très très mal avec l’opérateur fido et moyennement avec un plus gros opérateur comme Bell?

on m’a toujours fais comprendre que je pourrais l’utiliser normalement alors que ce n’est clairement pas le cas?

il y a t’il d’autres personnes a qui ça arrivent?

Il y a en effet quelques différences au niveau des bandes cellulaires entre les modèles vendus au Canada et ceux vendus en Europe. Cela pourrait expliquer vos problèmes. Veuillez contacter vos opérateurs pour savoir quelles bandes cellulaires ils utilisent.
