Shuffle play won't work with Apple playlists

I'm running Ventura 13.0.1 on a 16'' 2019 MacBook Pro.

Since the update shuffle play does not properly work with Apple playlists. Practically, it means that hitting play button or shuffle button produces the same result, songs are played in 1 to n order...

With playlists I made, it works.

Does anybody have a hint about this ?
