Files documents constantly refreshing after few seconds

Hello,

I have an iPad Pro M1 256gb on iPad OS 17.

Since the update, I’ve been having issues with the documents on the Files app and on PDF Expert app, where when i make modifications using the pen, the document refreshes and i loose all my recent changes.

Sometimes it just refreshes every 15 seconds, and once it was after working on a file for 1h30, that made me loose all the changes i made.

All the documents i work on are on my iCloud Drive. And i make sure that they are not open on other devices in order to not create confusing when the document is saving automatically.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, if anyone has a solution, it would be very appreciated.

UPDATE: Zooming in too much on the document seem to constantly refresh the document, loosing all changes made previously
