Dear Apple Support,
I recently purchased a new iPhone 11 on January 9, 2025, and the device is still under warranty until 2026. Although the phone is new to me, it was manufactured in 2020. After setting it up today, I noticed a “service battery” message in the service history along with a message related to battery
However, I would like to understand whether this message about “service battery” and battery calibration requires any action, and if so, what steps I should take, especially since the device is still under warranty.
