ORDER AND TRACKING

Hello,

I placed my order at the Apple Store UAE on October 11th to have my iPhone 17 Pro Max picked up in-store the same day, as it was available for pickup the same day at the Apple Store in Dubai Mall.

I had set the pickup time to 9:15 PM - 9:30 PM. However, to this day, I have never received the QR code allowing me to pick up the phone, even though Apple has already debited my bank account.

I would like your help on this matter and what I can do to be able to pick up the phone tomorrow, October 12th, since I have already paid.
