Proof of ownership of Apple device

Hello, after forgetting my MacBook and iPad abroad, a DHL agency forgot to specify that these items were for personal use. I now have to pay a huge tax.

But I can avoid this if I can prove to them that I have owned these Apple items for many years.

Unfortunately, I don't have any proof of purchase, as I lost the receipts... but I do have the serial numbers, which each have a history. I think I can prove this to them in this way.

If this is indeed possible, how do I proceed? I haven't been able to find customer support... how do I ask Apple for proof of ownership of the Macbook/iPad linked to my profile, first name, and last name?

I think you can find the bill if you log into Apple website using the account you bought those items with.

Je penses que vous pouvez trouver la facture si vous vous connectez sur le site d'Apple avec le compte utilisé lors de l'achat.

Bonjour, après avoir oublié mon MacBook et mon iPad à l'étranger, une agence DHL a oublié de préciser que ces articles étaient destinés à un usage personnel. Je dois maintenant payer une taxe très élevée.

Mais je peux éviter cela si je peux leur prouver que je possède ces articles Apple depuis de nombreuses années.

Malheureusement, je n'ai aucune preuve d'achat, car j'ai perdu les reçus... mais j'ai les numéros de série, qui ont chacun un historique. Je pense pouvoir leur prouver de cette manière.

Si cela est effectivement possible, comment dois-je procéder ? Je n'ai pas réussi à trouver le service client... Comment puis-je demander à Apple une preuve de propriété du Macbook/iPad lié à mon profil, mon prénom et mon nom ?
