Refund discrepancy – $13.99 approved but partial amount
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding a refund discrepancy for a YouTube Premium subscription paid via Apple Pay.
• The original charge was $13.99 USD
• Date of payment: January 23, 2026 at 1:14 PM
• Payment method: Apple Pay using my CIH Mastercard debit card
• Apple confirmed and approved the refund by email
However, when the refund was processed, my bank (CIH Bank – Morocco) credited only 68.63 MAD to my account.
I contacted CIH Bank (Hay Salam, El Jadida agency) and they confirmed that:
- They received only 68.63 MAD
- There is no pending or additional refund
- According to them, this is the full amount they received from Apple
Based on this, I would like to kindly ask you to:
1. Confirm the exact amount Apple sent for this refund
2. Confirm whether the refund was sent as $13.99 USD in full or as a partial amount
3. Provide any reference details that may help my bank verify the transaction
Please note that the subscription was accidental, taken during a free trial by my brother without my knowledge, and I acted as soon as I noticed the charge.
