Le contrôle parental d'un iPhone enfant n'est possible que depuis un iPhone ou iPad parent. Impossible depuis un autre écosystème.

Vous pouvez paramétrer le contrôle parental via Temps d'écran sur son iPhone directement, mais c'est relativement facile à contourner à partir du moment que votre fille à le code du téléphone, respectivement le code du compte Apple.

You may not be getting a "solution" because Screen Time can only be configured using Apple equipment. In your case you would have to use your daughter's device to do the managing. If, for example, you are using Ask To Buy to require your child to ask your permission before she makes a purchase, you would have to approve this using her iPhone. Apple has very limited support for doing cross-control and sharing of things on non-Apple devices.
