Request for Immediate Cancellation of YouTube Premium Free Trial

Hello Apple Support,

I am contacting you regarding an active YouTube Premium free trial billed through my Apple ID.

I previously contacted YouTube Support, and they confirmed that the subscription is billed via Apple and that only Apple can process the cancellation.

I am currently unable to add or use my payment method, and I have urgent payments to make. I kindly request an immediate cancellation of the YouTube Premium free trial from your side so my Apple ID billing can function normally again.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,

Ameen

This support article explains how to cancel a subscription from Apple on an Apple mobile device, Mac, PC, and online (see the Android section) ➔ https://support.apple.com/118428

Notes:

• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

• If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription has been canceled but will work until the expiration date. "Resubscribe" (or Renew) is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• “If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.” Exceptions in: https://support.apple.com/108098

• Free trials will usually automatically turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel in time.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.

• Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you intentionally cancel them.

The above will cancel the subscription but if you owe Apple money you will have to pay them. If you wish to pursue a refund, follow the directions in this support article about how to request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple ➔ https://support.apple.com/118223 Also review the terms in section B of https://support.apple.com/fht204084 The likelihood of you getting a refund will vary greatly from region to region. In some regions refunds are only made to remedy defective or unavailable product. You can request a refund on other grounds but those refunds are entirely discretionary and not guaranteed. Special terms also apply for some countries: https://support.apple.com/108098

You do not explain what the problem is with your payment method so until we know more details we can't really halp you effectively.
