Recover data files after iTunes restore - iPod classic
Hello dear iPod owners.
I have a iPod classic 80 GB which I use regulary with iTunes (music, photos, podcasts, ...) but also as a portable hard drive to store data files (with such capacity it would ne a waste not to do so).
It happens that in a recent and accidently iTunes restore I end up deleting all my data in the iPod. I don’t know if iTunes formats the drive or not, but my device was restored to the system defaults with the latest software v. 1.1.2.
Most of the 80 gb in the iPod were used with personal data files, not iTunes related files. Is there any way I can recover those files or they are condemned for good?
I have read about some 3rd party software but I don’t really trust this applications.
Can some one advise on this issue?
