Problem with Font Book collections

I'm trying to use Font Book collections but it doesn't work. When I add fonts to a collection, nothing happens, the collection remains empty or sometimes has one font after restart Font Book (I thought it's the last font I added to Font Book)

I've already reinstall macOS and run Hardware Diagnostic (reboot with cmd + D) but couldn't solve the problem.

Any idea how to solve this issue?
