How do I create 15 email accounts in Mac-Pro Mail?

I already have 7 accounts in Mail, but I need to create 10 new ones. I enter in the "SMTP Edit Smooth Servers", I click on + create a new server that is accepted. But then when I go to Accounts at the time of qualifying for an account this SMPT it shows what was created and then extinguishes.
