Bluetooth headphones (AKG Y100) cannot connect to Macbook Pro (Mojave 10.14.4)

I recently bought the AKG Y100 Bluetooth earbuds. Although I can easily pair them to my iPhone I cannot use them with my Macbook Pro.

After a few seconds after pairing they automatically disconnect.

AKG support said that "Apple has stopped supporting the A2DP Bluetooth protocol with the latest macOS. Perhaps they have fixed this by now but unfortunately, we cannot help with this"

Is this correct? Any workaround to get this headphones connecting to my Macbook Pro?

I believe that if you test another earbuds on you Mac it would work , right?

Actually, not any special method should be needed to make this one work fine.

Compatibility is needed for every device to work fine.

I think it's a doubt for a developer, hope there's one here to help you.

Couldn't find any information about this.
