Remove personal information from a file

Hi,

Im submitting a file to a journal that needs to be anonymous. I'm struggling to remove my personal information from the file. Is it possible? It is a Microsoft Office Word file, but if possible I would like to use a method to do it without opening the file, using the Finder properties, for example.

I use Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and the Word's version is 16.27 (19071500).
