Some videos with 0 KB when transfered from Iphone to PC

Hi,

When I download my photos and videos to my PC, some videos result in a 0 KB movie file.

The file keeps the original name and format, but with no data.
It does not happen with all the video files, some of the are tranfered completely and may be played in the PC with no problem.
The video plays in iPhone
I have tried in more than one PC, and the same happen with the same files.
The iPhone software is up to date.

Can you please help me? How can I get all my videos fully transfered to PC, with none resulting in 0 KB files?

Voce pode usar isso

Fazer download do iCloud para Windows - Suporte da Apple com eles instalado, faca o download das fotos do iCloud para o PC

ou

Se tiver espaco no iPhone, faca isso;

Desative o Fotos do iCloud

No iPhone, iPad ou iPod touch, acesse Ajustes > [seu nome] > iCloud > Fotos e Desative a opção "Fotos do iCloud".

Como usar mídias HEIF ou HEVC em dispositivos Apple - Suporte da Apple

É possível alterar esse ajuste de importação no iOS 11 ou posterior. Acesse Ajustes > Fotos. Na seção "Transferir para Mac ou PC", toque em Manter Originais para impedir que a mídia seja convertida em JPEG ou H.264 durante a importação.
