This problem happened to me after changing the screen of a customer's Iphone XS MAX. It was probably tried to do a restoration by Itunes, with the screen that was defective, it may even have finished the restoration, but as the screen is defective, in the IOS installation in the restoration, it either cannot read the display chip or does the reading with error, and when you put the new screen this problem appears.
