Do I buy the GPS or the Unlocked version?

I live in Brazil and asked my cousin to buy an Apple Watch for me, but I am not sure if I can buy the "GPS" version and use with a brazilian cellphone operator. I'Ve understood that I can, since my operator is listed in the SE 2nd. However, I'm not sure if my operator works in the GPS or the Unlocked version.
