iPhone está reiniciando sozinho

Meu aparelho (iphone 12) está reiniciando sozinho diversas vezes, a cada vez que isso acontece é gerado esse log Panic Full, vejo alguns assuntos relacionado ao iOS 18.2, alguem poderia me ajudar a descobrir se é hardware e ou iOS?
