Can’t add any card to Apple Wallet

My bank, or, better saying, banks, have stated my current phone (iPhone 14 Plus) possesses a low device score (01), thus the reason I can’t add any card to my Apple Wallet; this is a problem that isn’t being mentioned anywhere, shows a really lack of interest from your part in clarifying issues with customers that may arise, in the interest of backing up my claim that the problem is with you and not the banks, I was able to add my cards to my iPad (iPad Air 5th Gen/ iPad Air M1) and my Apple Watch (Apple Watch 3); this attitude of yours, showing complete lack of interest in resolving the issue and being transparent with us, as made me ponder if continuing in the ecosystem is the best option for the future.

Se um cartão de pagamento que você usa com o Apple Pay for recusado ou não funcionar ao tentar fazer uma compra, verifique se o cartão pode ser usado com o Apple Pay.

  1. No dispositivo, acesse o app Carteira ou o ajuste “Carteira e Apple Pay”:
    • No iPhone, abra o app Carteira.
    • No iPad ou Apple Vision Pro, acesse Ajustes > Carteira e Apple Pay.
    • No Mac com Touch ID, selecione o menu Apple  > Ajustes do Sistema (ou Preferências do Sistema) e clique em Carteira e Apple Pay.
  1. Selecione o cartão de pagamento.
  2. Se você vir a mensagem "Este cartão não pode ser usado", verifique se o seu banco ou a administradora do cartão é compatível com o Apple Pay atualmente:
  1. Se você tiver outras dúvidas, entre em contato com o banco ou a administradora do cartão.

I have contacted 4 of the banks I use, among many others, mainly Nexo, Curve, N26, Revolut, ActivoBank, moey!; among others that are accepted in my country for Apple Wallet addition, 2 of them have told me the problem relies on my low device score in the specific phone I’m using, that assumption should be clear since I can add those cards, as previously stated, on my Apple Watch and iPad.

The cards in question have previously been added to this very device, the very same cards and the same very device, but through the advice of one my calls to one of the banks, I nuked all cards added to this device, since it was said to me it might resolve the issue; ever since then, I haven’t been able to add any card, any whatsoever, the error is the same, “Card not added”.

I’ll reiterate, the same cards have been added before to the same exact device, furthermore, 2 of the banks have confirmed the issue relies on the device, once again, since with the same Apple ID, I still can add said cards to my Apple Watch and iPad.

This issue has been very troublesome, since I rely mainly on virtual cards. I sincerely hope for a fix soon, it has lead me to a lot of trouble managing day to day purchases.
