Fake Scam App - Reels.ME

I downloaded this app and got the three days for free - the app never really worked the AI or anything else - then on the next day I was charged 249,00 reais. I tried to submit a refund twice and it was denied. The app is now gone, but on their page everyone could see that it was a fake scam and a lot of people suffered the same.

I dont know what else to do, thats a lot of money for an app that doesn't do what is supposed to (and I would never pay 250 reais for an app like this).

Please, tell me what to do. There must be a way that Apple can check that this is a scam and that a lot of people fell on that.
