Apple pencil brush size is too small

I’ve had an apple pen 2nd gen for 3 years now, it worked perfectly until the last few days. (I use an iPad mini 6 w iOS 26.2.1)

I tried drawing in procreate but the brush size is too small, and it doesn’t change even if a set the scale to 100%. It happens with every brush and in all apps that recognize pressure sensitivity.

I tried re-starting the ipad, changing the pencil tip and re-pairing via Bluetooth. I found some other people with the same issue, but not a single resolution.
