Hello, Eduardo_Augusto!
Welcome to the Apple Support Community. We are users helping other users here, sharing solutions and experiences, not Apple itself.
Just to let you know: this is the Portuguese-speaking section of the Community, where most users will respond in Portuguese. If you prefer continuing in English to get more replies, the English Community is at Official Apple Support Community. You can post the same question there. I'm answering in English because that's how you wrote, but mixing languages on the same post can make it harder for others to help.
📌 About what happened: a popping sound followed by sudden shutdown and no power-on is, in most cases, an internal hardware failure, often the logic board or a swollen/failed battery cell. This is not something that can be diagnosed or fixed remotely from a community forum, regardless of how the post is written. I understand the frustration with the timing (around one year of normal use on a premium device), but the only path to an actual answer is a physical inspection by Apple.
✔️ Before anything else, try this once:
- Force restart the iPad Pro M4: press and quickly release Volume Up, press and quickly release Volume Down, then press and hold the Top button until the Apple logo appears (this can take 10+ seconds even if the screen looks completely dead)
- Connect it to a known-good Apple charger and cable for at least 30 minutes, then try the force restart again
- If neither does anything, the issue is almost certainly hardware
📌 About living without a local Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: depending on your country, Apple offers a mail-in repair service. You contact Apple, they send you a prepaid shipping box, you ship the iPad to Apple's repair center, and it comes back repaired or replaced. This is exactly the service path designed for users in your situation. Also worth checking: if your iPad is still within the original 1-year limited warranty (or you have AppleCare+), repair or replacement of a hardware failure under normal use should be covered.

Summary: the symptom you described is a hardware failure that cannot be diagnosed remotely; the correct path is to confirm warranty status at checkcoverage.apple.com and open a service request at getsupport.apple.com, where Apple offers mail-in service for users without local authorized service.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
